Upcoming Litters Alaskan Malamute
Planned Alaskan Malamute Litter – Summer 2026
Trap Line Daredevil Bison (NO54040/09) × Vindåsens Anaqjuaq Tikaani O’Shila (NO37935/24)
We at Kennel Malamazing are pleased to present our plans for our first carefully planned Alaskan Malamute litter, expected in 2026.
This is a thoughtfully planned combination, based on long-term goals for the breed. The breeding is founded on old, well-established Norwegian lines combined with classic Canadian bloodlines, with the aim of preserving the Alaskan Malamute’s original characteristics, working ability, correct structure, and sound temperament.
Both parents have proven themselves to be strong and reliable individuals, representing good health, stable temperament, and good, breed-typical exterior. Both have been used in sled dog teams, and the dam is used in a team on a daily basis.
The sire, Trap Line Daredevil Bison, was a mature male located in Norway, known for his consistency and valuable qualities. He proved himself as a dog with strong work ethic, good and breed-typical exterior, and an excellent temperament, and was actively used in sled dog teams.
The dam, Vindåsens Anaqjuaq Tikaani O’Shila, has proven herself to be a versatile female and has already shown promising qualities both as a working sled dog and in terms of exterior. She is used in a sled dog team on a daily basis and demonstrates the balance between functionality and correct breed type that we value highly.
The litter is planned in line with the breeding guidelines of the Norwegian Alaskan Malamute Club and the Norwegian Kennel Club.
Puppies from this litter are expected to be suitable for active and committed homes. Homes will be carefully selected, with priority given to owners who value the breed’s characteristics, needs, and long-term well-being.
Tikaani’s next heat is expected in March/April, and more information will be shared once the pregnancy has been confirmed, hopefully later in spring.
For now, we invite genuinely interested homes to stay tuned.
